Nebulae Global Benefit Corporation was founded in 2020 to continue the good work its founders’ family has accomplished for 5 generations. The Spence family has worked in both the public and private sectors to help improve the lives of individuals in rural and urban communities. Nebulae Global have the primary mission to improve the human condition for marginalized groups in America and around the globe.

Nebulae Global Benefit Corporation is a “Benefit” Corporation formed under Maryland Code, Corporations and Associations Title 5, Subtitle 6C and is cooperatively owned.

Nebulae Global is the management arm for the Delilah W. Pierce Collection, the Delilah and Joseph Pierce House (Martha’s Vineyard), and various business ventures by Spence family members.
The Spence family embodies many families in the same bloodline: The Pierce’s, Wallace’s, and others. Each family continues to impact society through entrepreneurship, the arts, and advocacy.
